The hotel is located opposite a small street from Dorsett hotel at Imbi area. Although the surrounding the hotel is bit dark at night due to many construction on-going around, the hotel is very nice, new and with friendly staff. My room is the smallest one but the design is nice, modern and whole room look new. I believe the other side able to see the TRX tower, maybe you need to request that view. Wifi is good too. The TV channel very basic with local channels only. Many construction around, but I do not hear any sound from my room. The staff from lobby, counter, housekeeping and restaurant are friendly, they will greet you whenever see you. Good job to the team. The room is come with breakfast. The breakfast is simple with noodle and nasi lemak as main course. The next day, due to is Monday, it is set meal. The staff is kind that offer the customer with coupon go to Dorsett hotel for anyone who need. I not taking the offer, because it is find with me to have the American breakfast set. it is quiet and relaxing to have my breakfast there. The check in and check out is fast. Lobby is small, but the room is nice. I not see any notice on the shuttle to Mrt station, maybe need to ask. I forget to ask and all the time I walk around. It took around 10mins to Bukit Bintang MRT and Monorail station. This hotel is highly recommended. Hope have chance to stay again.

The sanitation, environment and location of the B&B are all good, but there was a power outage at midnight on the second day of stay. There was no water until I went out in the morning. There was no running water for washing and flushing the toilet. In addition, due to the water outage, the automatic washing and drying function of the washing machine could not work properly. The clothes were dried for a long time and smelled burnt. And I don’t know if it was because of overheating or the program was not completed. The washing machine was locked and could not be opened. This made my parents entangled in dealing with it all night. It was really an unpleasant accommodation experience. The hotel manager is not Chinese, so I can only contact him by phone, but his phone is not always accessible. I contacted Ctrip customer service to help contact the hotel to deal with the water outage and washing machine. In the end, they did not tell me why the water was out. We turned on the washing machine ourselves after the temperature dropped.

The location couldn't be better—just a 5-minute walk to Bukit Bintang Area and another 5 minutes to the newly built TRX mall. It was incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The staff at Tribeca are available 24/7 and are extremely attentive to guests' needs. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. Just a heads up, they do require a 300 MYR deposit upon arrival, but the good news is that they accept card payments, making it hassle-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary meal offered by the hotel, which you can avail of either for lunch or dinner. It was a nice perk that added extra value to our stay. For those who prefer to cook, the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, providing the option to prepare your own meals, which is perfect for longer stays or those with dietary preferences. The rooms were spacious and spotless, providing a very comfortable stay. Based on overall reviews, we opted for the 2A rooms, and I'm so glad we did. It was the perfect choice for our family, offering all the space and amenities we needed. The room came with hot and cold showers, which were a great plus, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book again when we return to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with Singapore coaches stopping right outside the hotel for easy drop-off and pick-up. We opted for the Club Room, which granted us access to the lounge for meals, a quieter alternative to the bustling lobby. However, the lobby area was often crowded, and wait times for the lifts were frustratingly long. Despite this, the hotel's amenities and location made up for these minor inconveniences. Overall, I would recommend the Bejaya Time Hotel for its convenience, vegetarian options, and comfortable rooms. Beyond my expectations! On arrival, its exterior left a lot to be desired. That was my initial observation. The positive experience began from my check-in all throughout my 4N stay in the building. Customer service: For the most part, pleasantly delightful and polite! I’d like to commend the Operations Manager, Alex Wong for being courteous & polite for the duration of my stay. Cleanliness: Without a doubt, the BEST feature of this location. From the walkway to the room, the sight and smell was extremely pleasant! Facilities: I didn’t expect there to be a lot of facility in this building or at least had expected the offerings to be dingy & rundown. But NO, their swimming pool, gym, prayer room, function rooms were as top notch as can be. Amazing! This place was newly opened too so while works were carried out, for the most part the stay was incredibly positive! Highly, highly recommended choice of accommodation for your KL visit.

Our stay here was fantastic! Our host was also very friendly and helpful. The apartment also had a washing machine which we were very happy with and a truly fantastic infinity pool (2 even!) which our children, but also we ourselves, enjoyed very much. Really beautiful and well maintained. The location of the apartment could hardly be better. It is right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. In one word, fantastic!

My husband and I decided to stay in the city since we are celebrating his birthday dinner in a restaurant downtown. The design of the hotel was well thought. The room was cozy with well thought details. When we first got into the room. It was stuffy (still air) with heavy cigi smell. Well, the previous guest must be a heavy smoker. At first we thought to allow the air con air the room and see how. When we got back from dinner, the room smell the same. I approached the front desk and requested a change of room. The night duty guy told me they were out of room for a change. However, if we allow, they would place an air purifier in the room. I duly accepted. Shortly, about 5mins, they delivered the air purifier. Once it was switched on, I can breathe again! We truly appreciate the solution provided. We slept through the night soundly.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Had a great experience staying at Lloyd's Inn KL at Jalan Kamuning. Did not manage to plan for a year-end break to get away from work and other commitments. This holiday came at the right time. You don't have to plan much. Just pack your bags, book a ticket (or just drive in) and you will make a good holiday. To many of us, eating and shopping meant a lot in holidays. This is what made my stay at Llyod's Inn KL most enjoyable! The location is good - it is located at the door step of the new TRX Exchange Mall, you would be spoilt for choices in eating and shopping. The hotel design is contemporary and environmentally friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms take in a lot of natural light. Plants and greenery are generously featured too! The staff are friendly, they will make sure your needs are well taken care of an their response has been prompt and effective. Besides the TRX Exchange Mall, there are lots to discover around the hotel. Walking around the hotel, I found many coffee shops and restaurants selling traditional KL food such as bah kut teh, char kway teow, chicken rice or laksa. There are also many new eateries in the form of boutique cafe, mee tarik and seafood restaurants. The durian shop had a lot of customers when I walked past it.

First time stay suites residents berjaya times square. Agak mencabar masa nak check in, sebab kena deal dengan wakil yg jaga resident tu, ingatkan cek kat kaunter hotel tapi tak yer. Mula2 dia tak bagi check in sebab dia ckp apartment aku tu utk 2 org, sebab aku bwk anak 3 org tak boleh masuk. Dia mintak lagi seratus dia bagi bilik lain, aku ckp tak nak tambah bayar sebab semua aku dh bayar siap2. Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Sangat2 risau.

i stayed for 2 nights and choosen the place wasn’t a regret because of the location. located inside a mall where i can get everything i needed on the spot. it is also an easy-access as i can easily used public transportations. there’s a deposit needed upon check in. no parking provided so i have to pay extra myr36 for parking only. room was a bit dusty n gloomy. there s a leaking aircond at the bedroom therefore it was quite smelly. the glass window could be wipe out clean and the room really need an upgrade. maybe, the host can provide new decorations, new towels, an air freshner and definitely repairing the aircond and unfunctioned lights. however, staffs are really helpful and tried to accommodate me at their best. overall, i really love the view from my room and it makes me stayed. definitely gonna come again sometime and enjoying the view. hopefully, my suggestion is taken for an improvement. thanks!
