Excellent hospitality and fast response from the owner on all my queries raised during my stay. I like the smoothness of the check in process, the room provided was also spacious and complete with necessary amenities. The room was clean with good housekeeping and the location is very near to TRX.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are relatively new. You can see TRX across the street from the room, and it is convenient to go to TRX or several famous restaurants nearby. There are also ample parking spaces.

Good location for an apartment style accommodation. The difference between the two 2 room styles is that the cheaper basic one only has 1 shared bathroom while the more expensive one has 1 bathroom in the master bedroom and 1 in the common area. A bit finicky to get into the apartment as the check in area and the apartment are in different towers. Location is near to pavillion and TRX and both are within a 10 to 15 minute walking distance. Cleanliness of the apartment could be better, the floors were a bit slippery like too much floor cleaner was used but not washed or mopped away properly as we could see water marks all over the floor which meant that the floor was mopped.

The room is very nice, clean and tidy, the location is convenient, the room is large and suitable for family choice. The landlord is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. I am very satisfied overall👍

The apartment-style hotel has nothing to say about hygiene and facilities, including a washing and drying machine, kitchen utensils, and air-conditioning fans. Dine at nearby restaurants like Hai Kah Lang, Indian, Chinese, Seafood at reasonable prices and just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is very new, the self-service check-in is very convenient, the staff are very nice, I like it very much.

Overall, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and cost-effective. Downstairs is the TRX luxury shopping mall. The location is very close to the Trx subway. It is very convenient for travel. You can also walk to Pavilion. There are also many hotels nearby. The delicious Friendship Bak Kut Teh, you can also cook it simply by yourself, the service attitude is also very good, I contacted you via WeChat, the experience is great, I will definitely come again

Our stay here was fantastic! Our host was also very friendly and helpful. The apartment also had a washing machine which we were very happy with and a truly fantastic infinity pool (2 even!) which our children, but also we ourselves, enjoyed very much. Really beautiful and well maintained. The location of the apartment could hardly be better. It is right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. In one word, fantastic!

I had a fantastic experience at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient. I wasn't informed that breakfast is vegetarian! They should inform guests upon check-in. The room was spacious with a sofa and luggage area. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bedding,bath tub, well-stocked minibar. They restocked the minibar everyday! The titbits and drinks were very nice! The hotel's location was ideal, close to the heart of KL - Bukit Bintang and of course, Berjaya Times Square is connected to the hotel. I would recommend Berjaya Times Square to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility. But you may want to consider the vegetarian breakfast buffet.
