Convenient location, very prompt service by staff. Nice and airy loft. Complimentary bottled water was also provided by management. Residence is located about 5 minute’s walk from TRX, very convenient. Stayed in Tower B, and there is a shortcut through Lobby C to get to TRX instead of walking the perimeter. Apartment had good amenities, but lacked a microwave. Drainage needs to be better as the bathroom was leaking whenever we took a shower, resulting in the entire bathroom floor wet, though this is likely not the management’s fault. Renovations were ongoing during the weekdays (luckily we arrived late Friday and left early Monday so not as affected!).

The hotel concept was interesting. Stayed in the Business Room for a night, the room itself was clean with industrial + open air nature vibe. The toilet was literally outside, but they got a blind that you can pull to cover. My room was smacked right in front of the lift. Sound proofing was so bad. I can hear all sort of sound, people walking, talking, laughing etc. Really not a place if you want quite escape. Luckily I am too tired to care. Other than the sound proofing, everything else was quite good.

Stayed at Tribeca Serviced Hotel by Millennium Kuala Lumpur in the Duo Suite. Location is great and breakfast was decent with a nice view, but service was lacking and luggage handling during check-out felt unsafe. Convenient stay, but improvements are needed.

Ayatt Hotel is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur’s lively shopping and entertainment district. Walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Lot 10, Jalan Alor Food Street, and Monorail/MRT stations makes it a very convenient base for tourists. Rooms are very spacious we stayed in Premier 2 Bedroom Apartment. Room has all the amenities include Washing machine and Kitchen with lounge dinning area and most of all 02 Washrooms as travelling with family. I loved this apartment

The apartment is very clean and comfortable for 4 persons. It is big enough for 5 pax. We arrived early and we can place our luggage with them. Just inform them when corresponding with the in charge when they contact a day before the stay. Need to walk about 15 mins to bukit bintang area.

Start off with front desk receptionist, were friendly and kind. Even gets a warm welcome from the manager. Room were comfee to comfort to relazzing. Had a nice view from day to night. Room 2318 as i can say is spaxious.. Definitely will recommend anyone to come stay and again and again. Both rooms had a bathtub and a nice windows view.

The apartment boasts an excellent location, just a 5-6 minute walk to TRX and about 15 minutes to Pavilion. Getting a Grab was also very easy, with drivers having no trouble finding the place. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a living room, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families of three or more. It offered significantly better value for money than a typical hotel. The two bathrooms were a huge plus, meaning no rush in the mornings. The living room sofa was very comfortable, and amenities like a washing machine and microwave were provided. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the place cool, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Everyone had their own bedroom, allowing for undisturbed sleep, making for a very comfortable stay for the whole family. Later, when we returned to Kuala Lumpur, we booked a different unit in the same apartment complex that was RM100 cheaper. It really proved the saying, 'you get what you pay for.' That unit was smaller, one bedroom had no window, and it only had one bathroom. The only drawback, if I had to pick one, is that the windows throughout the complex aren't double-glazed or soundproofed. While traffic noise during the day wasn't an issue, after 11 PM, we'd hear some inconsiderate motorcyclists speeding and revving their engines loudly on the elevated road without a muffler. Even on the 26th floor, it was audible, which might disturb light sleepers.

The unit has a modern minimalist design and is strategically located. However, there’s no TV — only a projector. From the lift to the entrance, the corridor is very dark with no lights, and no action was taken despite this issue. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches and flies during my stay. The price is reasonable, but the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved.

We had an amazing stay here as a family! The house was spotless, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, convenience stores, and tourist spots, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out so easy. The place had everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to extra towels — and the kids loved the spacious living area. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location! We’ll definitely come back again!! Not to mention that all the staff was very helpful and friendly

Very clean and neat room, although the room is not spacious but overall staying experience was good, the bed very comfortable. About 10 to 15 mins walk to Pavilion KL.
