I booked for the view of twin tower, however what I got is Menara KL. Cleanliness good. There is no safe box inside the room. If you need an extra amenities, you need to scan the QR code to place the order and they will send to your room. My room light flickering, and they sent the technician asap to rectified the issue. Hairdryer on and off, and they able to replaced it asap. Walking distance to MRT station as well as Twin Tower. Convenience stores just next to the building. Don’t have a chance to use the swimming pool as it’s raining during our stayed. One thing that I feel disappointed is the sound proof very bad. Can hear all the vehicles honks and those mat rempit. Very noisy. Even middle of the night also still can hear. It’s loud and clear. Can’t really sleep . Other than this, everything was good. Hoping they able to do something with it.

Very spacious and clean room. But was told that room tv is only for show can't watch at all. The rest is very satisfied. If drive there don't go to carpark first. Park at the valet side and tell them u are checking in. I wasn't told to do that and cost me rm20 just for checking in.

The hotel's elegant environment, spacious and bright rooms, comfortable and soft beds, thoughtful and meticulous service, rich and varied breakfast, convenient location, cost-effective, is a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommend to everyone!

The room is spacious and the hygiene is up to standard. The Petronas Twin Towers are not far downstairs. This apartment is relatively inside and very quiet at night. There is a large Chinese supermarket nearby, where you can easily buy Chinese snacks, mineral water, etc., and you can use pay way (visa card)

This kind of room with a living room and kitchen is really necessary when taking the kids out. The location of the house is very good, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and in the city center. If the kids are sleepy, I can bring them back for a nap. I will book here again next time I come!

The Royce Residence offers a truly pleasant experience with its nice and comfortable ambiance, perfect for a relaxing stay. The friendly staff are always eager to assist, providing fast and efficient service with a smile. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking, adding to the overall ease of their stay. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop with stunning scenery, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The location is great, easy to get around. The view is super nice as well - especially the panoramic infinity pool that you can see both the KL tower and the Petronas towers. We got a free room upgrade to a two bed two bath and it was great - super fast wifi with over 200mbps as well as the washer/dryer is super convenient The only downside is that there is a mosque nearby that has public prayers on the weekends at 6am. There’s no way to sound proof anything because it’s super loud broadcast - so make sure to bring some earplugs to use on the weekends!

No small towels only provides the big bath towels. Shower head is leaking, bathtub water is running too slow. Front desk service counter is not friendly. Said the room is non-smoking, but I can smell smoke when entering the room. It seems to be a share hotel, there's some check in counters at the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay here in this residence. Services specially staff that assisted us are very good. But what I don't want is the smell of the staff roaming around the building almost whole floor are covered. We stayed at 40th floor and the other room I think is the hostel or stockroom of staff. I just wanted to stay that we enjoyed the stay but hygiene of people is a must. Hope this will caught the attention of the management itself. I'm giving 5 star for the service!!

The housekeeper is very considerate, and the elevator is not difficult to wait for as others say. It is very convenient to go to Pavilion KLCC and McDonald's in Kuala Lumpur! The price is also very reasonable! In the first two nights, there was an uncultured Indian who played songs until 3 am. The housekeeper quickly helped to solve the problem. I will stay here again if I have the chance in the future, ☺️
