The room was big , but only two towel, room cleaning need to make an appointment via WhatsApp... and Walter they also Not give free...only If you als for . breakfast is really Not OK for the price they charging. and the workers there told me during Check in in the Same building is Hotel named face suit and the rooms i booked He conpare me Like AirBNB ...that was the First Stück for the Service and housekeeping person... they Not come by them self . Aircondition is to much loud. i would Not reccomand this place If you are used to have better rooms for this price .

The hotel is in the center of the city, opposite the infinity pool is klcc, and the scenery is great, so it is recommended to go and see it. Whether swimming or not, the surrounding area is also very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to klcc. The handsome guy at the front desk is very friendly. The straight hair board I brought didn't have a suitable socket, which helped me solve the problem and gave us a lot of help enthusiastically. We checked in late, one hour late on the day of check-out, and finally we were exempted from extra fees. You can leave a deposit in Thai baht (4000 baht) if you came from Thailand, like us. This condominium has a great gym and a rooftop pool, the roof offers incredible views of the city and all the city's attractions. No need to buy tickets to the observation decks in the KL Tower or Petronas Towers. You can enjoy the wonderful view every evening without a time limit. The roof closes exactly at 22:00. You will not be able to go in later. Room: The room is very spacious and free. Clean. At the entrance, we were met with 2 bottles of water. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartment has 3 air conditioners. Cons of the room: - There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The drying in the washing machine does a very poor job - After moving in, we had a leak in the tap, but the staff quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves after the repair work. Everything was clean and dry.

Great accommodation with beautiful view and nice facilities. Like an appartement. The only thing you need to get accustomed to is there is no regular lobby for check in or inquiries….but the what’s app contact is very nice and they will send an employee asap to take care of your demands. Very secure facility as well with security guards. Highly recommended

We will gladly stay at this hotel again! the view from the room is wonderful. the pool is open for swimming from 9 to 22. the rest of the time you can just come and lie down and watch the city! there is a smoking area near the pool! the staff is friendly and helpful. if any problem arises. they promptly respond to WhatsApp. there are many cool establishments nearby. shops. within walking distance of the Petronas Towers. (the cafe right opposite the hotel was disgusting. I do not recommend going there under any circumstances) it is better to walk a little and there will be an after one establishment. the best breakfasts! a large selection of dishes!

The location is very good, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, there are Chinese restaurants around, and Jay's restaurant is within walking distance. Had a hard time trying to check in. Unorganized staff forgot to leave keys in the mailbox. Inconvenience for us since we had plenty of luggage just waiting around outside in the hot weather. Living room was clean except washroom showers. Response times for staff is not immediate either. Other than that very convenient area to stay. Pricing was appropriate.

We choose this place for our holiday in KL.Great hotel. Friendly attentive staff. Amazing views of twin towers from room & pool, wonderful place, close to everything. Apartment was very clean & we had enjoy our stay here especially during swim, i love the pool so much with super amazing wide view of KLCC! Staff is very professional and helpful. Overall we are satisfied stay here. Sure will repeat again next time for holiday in KL.

This is a very nice hotel. The suite we stayed in was very large and had a lot of air conditioning to keep the room warm. The reception staff is polite and responsive. No small towels only provides the big bath towels. Shower head is leaking, bathtub water is running too slow. Front desk service counter is not friendly. Said the room is non-smoking, but I can smell smoke when entering the room. It seems to be a share hotel, there's some check in counters at the lobby.
