my family had a wonderful stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful — they really made the difference in ensuring a pleasant experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
Special thanks to the team at the coffee house, especially Nazky, who went out of his way to serve us even though it was almost midnight. That kind of service truly stands out.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.
