I got a queen-size bed in a room with a window. There were only two bath towels, but no towels. There was shampoo, body wash, and soap, but no toothbrushes. There was no refrigerator (normal for this level of accommodation). There were no water bottles, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway. I chose breakfast as an option, but it was empty, so it was okay. There was a staff member at the front desk. There was a 50 ringgit deposit (apparently there are other options as well). I chose this hotel because it offered daily cleaning, so I didn't mind if the rest of the room was a little old. However, even though I requested cleaning every morning, it was often not communicated, so I ended up waiting. I was so annoyed that I asked to cancel, but they couldn't, so I ended up staying nine nights. By the end, I got used to it and even got to know the cleaning staff a little, and I guess that's just the way things are in this country. It's better to write it down on a note and hand it over than to display it on your smartphone. The value is good, so if I can accept that, I might return. The shower worked, I didn't have to wait for the elevator, and the shower and toilet had glass windows. It had a window and was cheap, so it was all good.
