Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

很喜歡，交通便利

房間很大，雙人床睡的很舒服，雖然是老酒店的裝修，但是還是保持着喜來登的水平，洗浴用品都一樣的，位置也比較好，離雙子塔和夜市都不遠。願意逛的也可以走着去雙子塔，一點幾公里，樓下有一個娘惹菜的米其林一星。打車Grab去機場也很方便便宜，三十幾塊。

Very satisfied. I'd read some reviews about poor cleanliness, but this time I found it to be quite good. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the service was excellent. Everyone was polite and greeted everyone upon arrival and departure. The onboarding process was also very friendly! They even helped with luggage.

The facilities and environment are okay, but the service is terrible. The room smelled bad after we checked in, and it took an hour and a half from the time we reported it to the time they provided a solution, which dragged on until 10 PM. They also kept you on the sidelines. They said the manager would call back in two minutes, but she still hadn't called after 40 minutes. When we pressed them again, the manager's attitude became aggressive, and they finally responded immediately. They had absolutely no service at all. We were traveling with a child, so we ended up changing rooms. They said someone would come and help us move our luggage, but we waited another 20 minutes. It was a terrible experience! I was furious! The drinking water in the room was very stingy. After we moved, they took two bottles of water from our previous room to our new room, and the next day they didn't even refill the water, toothbrushes, or tissues. I've never seen such a stingy hotel, and it's a Sheraton. Finally, the shower head in the room only had a ceiling-mounted one, not a handheld one, and the hair dryer had a broken connection and had to be pressed to keep it going.
