The hotel doesn't have much of carpark lot. The best to request a reservation if you need to drive here.

Stayed in Royal Kuala Lumpur for 2 nights. After one hot day out, when we returned hotel early evening, our room didn’t clean at all. Dirty bathroom towels that we used in the morning still on the floor, no new toothbrush, shower cream, the bedding still messed as when we left. I tried to call the reception, realised the phone actually was not working, didn’t even have a ring tone. Although they did send someone to bring us some new towels etc after I went to reception to report it, it was still very disappointed. I really don’t have to ask for it. Isn’t it the service that all the hotels should supply?

Hotel is very near to our concert venue (Mega Star Arena). Room very clean, comfortable bed & pillows.Very near to shopping centres, dining place & monorail. Friendly & helpful staffs. Will definitely stay here again in the near future

Conveniently located at Bukit Bintang shopping area and walking distance to Monarail station & MRT. Staff are friendly, always smile & greet you. Their Breakfast are basic and food is ok.
