The hotel room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered with variety of food. The location is perfect direct access to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mall.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was very good to sleep in, the breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious, but the queue at the front desk was a bit long when checking in. The nearby shopping mall is also very good for shopping.

We could only checked in to our hotel room after 7pm as not a single room was available when we arrived at about 5pm. Isn’t 3pm the normal check in time ? Hotel was probably overbooked but still, guest should not be denied a room they have paid and especially after the normal check in time.

2nd time staying because of great experience before. The room was clean, with spacious space. Had bad experience with in room dining service, waiting for order to arrived, wait for 1 hour, no food preparation done due to miscommunication between the one receive order & kitchen. Food complementary was given after that. Next day, tried to order again. Called twice. However, operator did not answer the call. Hotel will undergoing renovation starting 1st mac.
