Room is big.outdated furniture..bed is comfy.room is clean.carpark was far and alot of stairs if you were to carry luggage with you.
Carpark are meant to be free for hotel guest but due to the wrong instruction given by the front desk I have to pay rm45 for a day by TnG card..Im still in process our claiming refund but no reply yet.

This is really good option downtown - easy access to the MRT and close to KLCC, with a good breakfast and nice pool. My only issue was with the elevators, as two were out of service and it seemed impossible to get to and from rooms without massive waits and stops at every floor. I took the stairs down to save time, and I was on the 14th floor! Otherwise great stay.
