I’ve been to this hotel a few times for birthday and anniversary celebrations, and I used to have good experiences. However, during my recent stay, I was quite disappointed. The service was much slower than before, and I had to wait a long time for assistance. On top of that, the mattress in my room was uncomfortable and had noticeably sunk, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, the bedsheet had a bad smell, which made the stay even more unpleasant. I hope the management improves their service, cleanliness, and room quality, as I used to enjoy coming here.

房間還是很有特色的，早餐也很不錯，服務也比較熱情，位置很好！整個吉隆坡的基礎設施都好像不完美，雖然很好，但處處有缺陷，維護的很不好。

Beautiful colonial heritage hotel opposite the Grand ole train station. Great breakfast and nice restaurant. Excellent staff services.

I have to say that the Wi-Fi and network of this hotel is completely zero level, stayed two nights in a row Wi-Fi can not be used to fix, the difference is not asked him to refund. Straight even mobile network data can not get, the only advantage is the Wing Ci and did not eat tea set

As usual this hotel never dissapoint me. the design is really nice. breakfast selections are crazy. they have from malay to chinese to indonesians cuisines. definitely worth the price because each room has bathtub. very worth it considering the location and amneties.
