Came back for a second stay. Everything OK. Great location to China town. Near bus and metro stations. Laundry shop across the street. A fee homeless near but they don't bother people.

The location is very strategic, in front of the hotel there is a 24-hour coin laundry, close to public transport too, if you get a room near the LRT rail it is a bit noisy, but it is not a problem for us.
