Very good hotel. It gives me good experiences.One of the strongest selling points of this hotel is its strategic location. It’s within walking distance to KL Sentral, which is the main transportation hub of Kuala Lumpur, connecting travelers to MRT, LRT, Monorail, and even the KLIA Express to the airport. This makes it extremely convenient for both tourists and business travelers. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants, shopping areas, and convenience stores nearby.

Very disappointed with the hotel. The air con was not cold, complained to the reception, sent maintenance guy to check. Was told by the maintenance guy that the aircon was cold, the room was at 15th floor, better then those lower floor, no choice, gave it a try, but the aircon still not working.
Next day complained again, managed to change to 9th floor, and the aircon is working OK, better but not fantastic either.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there at all.

All transportation means, such as high-speed trains, subways, monorails, and express buses to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and major sub-centers in the city, are connected to Central.
