The room is clean, staff is helpful. Hotel near public transport tot klcc and also walkable distance to the bukit bintang and pavillion, alot of local foods around the corner. Worth the value

The environment of the room was clean when I first moved in, and the overall lighting was also very good. There are washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, TVs, sofas, and wardrobes.
But there are no toiletries (dental sets) in this room. If it is understandable that Malaysians love environmental protection, then what is wrong with not providing slippers? After many complaints, the store cannot be contacted, and the front desk cannot solve the problem. What's more important is that there are bugs in the room🐜, and no one will clean the room after consecutive stays.
The two-story swimming pool is a public swimming pool, and the Petronas Twin Towers cannot be seen. Those who love cleanliness are not recommended to stay. This experience is not very friendly, and the air conditioner does not work very well.

It’s located around 450m away from pavilion. Nice location within walking distance. Can use grab too if u lazy to walk. Cost u RM5 during the non-peak time. Nice view from the room. However the floor is a bit dirty and oily to step on it. Customer service only available from 9-5pm through WhatsApp so its a bit inconvenience.

Clean & nice interior. Got two room and fit for 3 person. This hotel got two pool in the same building which I excited to try to swim on. Near to pavi and just need a walking distance.
