I won't come again. They didn't clean the room, didn't change the bath towels, checked out very early, the dishes were dirty, the bathroom was not clean, the bedding was full of loose hair, and the sofa was not sat on because it was too dirty.
Apart from the good location, there is nothing else, but there are other hotels nearby at this price.

Good place to stay. Near to Mid-Valley shopping malls. Car park takes a little getting used to. Will stay here longer if staying for more days next time.

Clean room, Comfortable cozy home, convenient near LRT, under the building 24hrs 7E, a bridge away to mid valley. All the staff is very friendly, from the confirmation booking contact, reception and security guards. My family members has a pleasant stay with Viia Residence by Five senses.
