Very bad experience!!!
Check in should be 3pm but at last 6.25pm I just get the room, hotel reception saying house keeping not ready
Very bad reason and why need customer who spend money but get this kind of lousy services?!
Eventho not any sincere or apologies for late give us check in room!!!
I did scan hotel room code of comment and complaint but until now not yet any reply from the hotel!!

Good and comfortable environment with a lot of landscape. Suitable for family. Just the multilevel parking is not so convenient. Narrow entrance.

Very luxury hotel, feeling like overseas. The most important I like the swimming pool and also kids play room. Because it is different with others hotel. The food also five star certified by popular chef. Recommended if want to healing stay :)

Very pleased with the stay at this hotel. We were first greeted by the grand design of the hotel. The room was also comfortable. Love the friendliness of the staffs. The giant slides for both adults and kids in the pool were the highlight! I had a blast there! On top of that I also love the big array of movies available to watch. I barely left the hotel for this staycation! Everything was perfect!

The hotel looked exactly like the photos, and the room itself was great.
However, we booked a city view room but were given one on the 1st floor with no city view at all. It probably wasn’t worth paying extra for this.

First time staying at this hotel. Reason why choosing this hotel is because of the pool and my nephew spent most of his time enjoying there.
Room is spacious for two person stay and comes with complimentary Pringles chips and a packet of granola. Free minibar items such as 2 can drinks and a Kit Kat for guest as well. (I think not all room comes with free items)
Free buggy transfer from parking building to hotel lobby and free parking for hotel guest.
Overall I’m satisfy with the stay and will definitely come again in future.
