I recently stayed at M Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience—definitely a 5-star stay! ✨
✅ Comfortable Rooms – The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.
✅ Exceptional Service – The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they went above and beyond to assist with any requests.
✅ Great Facilities – The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a business center, making the stay both relaxing and convenient.
✅ Delicious Food – The breakfast selection was diverse and fresh, with plenty of delicious options to start the day.

All time favorite hotel in KL. Great relax and chill vibes to stayed, beside of KGPA Golf Club, surrounding with famous shopping mall - One Utama, Pavilion Damansara Heights, Mid Valley Mall and etc.

The hotel is new and well-maintained, with clean rooms and modern amenities. It is also kid-friendly, featuring a kids club where my daughter had a great time playing. And also a thoughtful birthday cake arranged for my daughter’s birthday, which made the occasion extra special.
However, there were some drawbacks. The soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor—we could clearly hear sounds from the next-door room, especially when they used the water tap, additionally noises from the room above were quite loud at times, which was a bit disruptive and we didn’t managed to rest well.
The breakfast selection felt limited, not as many varieties as we expected.
Overall, is a nice, clean and kid-friendly hotel.

Environment was nice but the tiles in the pool is VERY dangerous. I just walked in the pool for a bit and already cut my toe. It left a deep gash. Other than that, the front desk and most hotel employees did not show any enthusiasm and hospitality. Breakfast buffet was disappointing as well. Most of the food wasn’t really warm. All in all, the experience was not bad. However, more improvements can be made to uphold name and expectations for hotel!
