I might consider else to be one of the very best hotels I’ve stayed in in all of Malaysia. It is, of course, a boutique hotel, so you aren’t being waited on by an army of staff, but I think the coziness and design make it perfect for a yupster weekend getaway in KL. Convenient location, walkable distance to Chinatown’s best sights. Very nicely designed and stocked room. The inclusive breakfast was of good quality food. Overall, I would stay here again on my next trip.

Everything are so good, I was warmly welcomed once arrival at the door. The welcoming drink was so special and the room is very comfortable. My room is included breakfast which they offered the best mixed menu and the staffs are super helpful. Last but not least the facilities are well maintained as well. Overall experience was excellent!!!! Highly recommended and the surrounding area are very cultural attached.

From Kuala Lumpur Airport, take the Airport Rail Link Express to KL Sentral, take the MRT to Pasar Seni Station, and walk for 5 minutes? It's really close. You can walk to Petaling Night Market, Central Market, Merdeka Square, etc.
The staff at Els Hotel were quiet and friendly, and the guests seemed to be quiet. I was able to use the pool in a quiet place, and the breakfast was much better than the buffet, even though it was a course meal. The room was very clean, and the bed, pillows, bedding, etc. were luxurious, so I felt like I was being treated well.
The view from the room was nothing to see, but everything else was satisfactory.

The room was great, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were mostly English speaking, so you still need to know some basic English conversation. Because it is near Petaling Street, it can be a little scary at night, but the security is fine. Other than that, everything else is perfect. It's also nice to be able to go to the Guan Gong Temple opposite to pray for wealth every morning.
