the workers should not enter the apartments when guest still there. very bad on that kind on manners. the reasons give not acceptable when they should knock the door n wait outside even at any reasons.

They couldn't accommodate us for a long time. There are 2 hotels in the city with the same name. We weren't warned about this and we arrived at the wrong one. They didn't answer for a long time after booking and didn't answer the phone. We asked to cancel the paid booking because they said there were no rooms, despite the fact that it was paid for and confirmed on the website. In the end, through the support service (also crooked), we managed to get checked in. It lasted about 2.5 hours.
The hotel has a paid hall and a swimming pool. In others, it was included in the price. This is not a minus, but it would be nice if residents got this as a bonus, like in other hotels.
Pros: 3 rooms and you can go there profitably with a party just to spend the night.
Overall, I don't recommend it.
