We take all guest concerns seriously and wish to clarify our policies regarding lost keys and property damage.Charges for lost key cards or property damages are clearly communicated to all guests prior to check-in and are printed on the check-in slip you received. It would be unreasonable to expect the hotel to absorb all losses and/or damages to the property whilst maintaining such affordable pricing.We find it surprising that a straightforward charge for a lost key card—an item in your possession and responsibility—led to comparisons with a prison. This policy ensures fairness and accountability for all guests.We would also like to take this opportunity to highlight that the hotel adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive behavior towards our staff. Our records, including CCTV footage and staff reports, indicate that vulgar language and verbal abuse were directed at our staff during this incident. While our team is committed to assisting guests with the utmost professionalism, this does not mean guests can misuse this by behaving aggressively or throwing tantrums while expecting continued polite service.Please note that any repeat behavior of this nature will result in a ban from receiving future service at our hotel. We are dedicated to maintaining a respectful environment for both our guests and staff, and we will not tolerate abusive behavior.

Response from Property: Dear Dr Rodelo, Thanks heap for your review and rating. We are pleased that you found the hotel suitable and pleasant. Indeed, we do have a seuciryt deposit of RM200 which is fully refundable to guests provided no charges or expenses are incurred in the hotel during the stay. Whilst we agree that in an ideal situation it would be easier to go without a deposit, the deposit is unfortunately necessary for the hotel to recuperate losses from damages to the property such as stained towels from guests dyeing their hair in the rooms, property damage and the additional time and effort required to clean and rid rooms of smoke. By doing so, it allows us to continue offering low prices to all other guests and only passing on the additional costs to specific guests when damages or additional expenses are incurred. WE thank you for your understanding on this and for choosing to stay with us. We hope that the deposit amount does not deter you from choosing to stay with us again on your next visit to KL! till next time!
