Pros: 1. The location is wonderful, right opposite the Petronas Twin Towers. 2. The room is spacious: a huge kitchen, living room and bedroom are separated by a small partition, but there is a lot of space 3. The view from the window is cool, but ours was not of the Petronas Towers ( 4. The TV is excellent 5. The mattress is large and comfortable 6. On the 53rd floor there is an outdoor pool with a view of the Petronas, a steam room and a gym 7. The Internet is good Cons: 1. The room is completely shabby and run down, needs repair and updating the furniture. 2. The chair was really dirty, with stains, it is scary to sit. 3. There were only 2 large towels and one for the feet: the towel for the feet was worn through to holes... it is embarrassing even to offer this to guests... (with only 1, although there were 2 of us guests 4. The bathroom lacked hooks for convenience, there was nowhere to hang towels, nothing dried from the humidity and dampness 5. There was no cleaning 6. A small cockroach was noticed in the room 7. The water in the the shower was set up very poorly: either cold or super-hot, we never got warm, so taking a shower was stressful 8. Visiting the pool is stressful: there are few sun loungers, they don't give out extra towels, the water is cold, the steam rooms are in the corridor through security and the lights don't turn on in them, in general, they seem to be there, but everything is not for people.
