Kamer is mooi maar onderhoud is slecht, zwembad water is koud, we konden alleen maar om 7.00 ontbijten omdat er 3 shiften waren.

No complaint about the decoration and room. Just that a bit frustrated with the lift. only 2 of 3 working during my stay and it was so stuffy inside the lift especially during peak hours. The other frustrated one is trying to reach CP1.. you need to go to the ground floor and walk to the other side to change lift to CP1. not flexible at all. one of the 3 lifts can go direct to CP1.
Limited channels for TV.
the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's staff aren't friendly. They felt annoyed when u tried to know more about the facilities. They have no patience in explaining. Ur request 99% will not be fulfilled. It isn't helpful at all. Don't waste money here. Not worth

No vegetarian options in the breakfast menu. They never asked as well. Could have been a better experience. Lights in the room were also very dim and the lift was claustrophobic.
