Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon

The breakfast is not good. The hotel pool is very dirty, with a lot of leaves and other garbage. However, the hotel room is big and the view is open.

When I first chose this hotel, I was not sure about the facilities and location. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth for us. Syakir also answered many of our questions about Kuala Lumpur. There are often security guards patrolling at the entrance downstairs, and they will help open the car door, which is very considerate (I would like to thank Resham for his help at this moment). The hotel itself is a CBD apartment, so when we opened the door of the room, we were surprised to see the huge space and the beautiful city view. Basically, the home appliances and infrastructure needed for short stays are very comprehensive. The wardrobe is super large and has sensor lights. There will be cleaning and replenishment of supplies every day (cleaned quite cleanly). Grab takeaways are usually placed on the small table next to the front desk, which is very convenient. And the luggage storage service is very friendly for those of us who have evening flights. There is always a fragrance in the hotel lobby. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning in the elevator, so it feels very hot when taking the elevator. And Syakir checked us in and out. The attitude is super friendly and professional. I highly praise it. Basically, it is best to keep the air conditioner on in the living room and the room, otherwise it will be really hot... ps There are two swimming pools of different sizes and a spa pool, which are great for taking photos but you cannot wear a bikini in the water (you need a more modest swimsuit)

I like this hotel very much, it's very quiet, I stay here every time I come. There are Chinese staff with good service attitude, the breakfast is Western style and rich, I love this swimming pool!
