The staff were very unfriendly and responded rudely to any questions.
The room was not clean and felt rather damp.
The breakfast, although minimal, would have been acceptable if they at least changed the menu.
But, the location is very strategic.

This is the second time I've stayed at my hotel in Malaysia, because it's close to Bukit Bintang and can be walked to, the room is clean, the service is good, the receptionist is very kind, they can also leave your luggage after checking out or before checking in if you want to walk around before check-in time. Basically, it's the best.

The hot water didn't work properly. The receptionist service was poor. The tax charged was RM10, while other hotels only charge RM2.
