When check in on arrival and receptional ask to pay Malaysia Tourism Tax $ 10- for each room , I booked for two rooms three night each ,He ask me to pay $ 60- ringgit, If I don" pay in check in he will deduct from my room deposit I pay when check in, He just said Trip.com never pay it to then, But I saw on my statement from Trip.com its included in invoice? $60- Ringget. Not sure why they ask to get from costomas again ????Make very unhappy with the service?????

Needless to mention the location of hotel. It is super convenient for just a few step on foot, there are all kind of shop surrounded.Just a walking distance to Petaling Street. Many choices of cafe nearby. Receptionist fully help full and kindness. Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable and good value for the price category.

I highly don't recommend it, it's horrible. As soon as I walked in, I saw a big dead cockroach floating in the toilet. The facilities are old. It's very close to Petaling Street, but it's also very noisy... There's absolutely no need to live here...

I stay here several times every year. The hotel is very conveniently located.
This time I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a regular room, but was given a luxury room on the highest floor. I guess it was a free upgrade. I was so happy!
