Average service hotel with 80% indian live in this hotel..near to Jackel building and Jalan TAR..if u going down & up in the lift..prepare smelly not nice ..especially peak hour..very annoying hygiene..they not indian malaysian..they come from INDIA..service in reception very good ..very helping ..parking space quite small if u drive SUV..affordable price in low season..tq

I was assigned a room that initially didn't seem great despite having booked a luxury room. In addition, I noticed bedbugs and cockroaches in my room. I went to reception to report this problem and change rooms, and the same observation was made in the new room. I went to see reception, and they told me to cancel our reservation and that I would be refunded.
But after canceling and taking a new room at 10:30 p.m. because the observation was made at 10:00 p.m., I received a response from the booking site telling me that the hotel doesn't want to cancel the reservation. This hotel is not reliable and should be avoided, and the location, hygiene, and condition of the hotel leave something to be desired.

The room is bigger than expected, with a good sense of space. The hotel front desk feels a bit like a big hotel, but the musty smell in the room is caused by the old-fashioned hotel that has not opened the windows for a long time, which cannot be solved.
