The location was great and the price was cheap, so it was a very good value hotel.

First timer... All was great except 2 things
1) The TV channel, we didn't know how to open it. When we try to open it, it shows no signal
2) The restaurant service call was late to answer it. Takes too long.
Other than that, it was very great experience staying there. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed very comfortable, the front desk worker very nice. If we gonna go there again next time, Capitol Hotel gonna be our first choice.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at this hotel. And because the flood we can't leave Indonesian . So we request for cancel . But the hotel service was very terrible. We will never2 book this hotel again.they won't give you a cancel or anything. They won't help you even a little Thibg you ask.
