We liked everything, but the bathroom often smelled very bad. The view from the room and the pool was always excellent. Otherwise, everything was good!

Must go to the pool on the 37th floor. Perfect views of the Menara and 118. You can see one of the twin towers. The room was HUGE. Fixtures were all new and modern.
The floor as everyone else has commented on is indeed dirty. It's like nobody cleaned it and you had to wear shoes around because no bedroom slippers were provided. No tissue papers provided too so bring your own. Also no drinking water provided. Boil your own. Toilet was a bit smelly with urine so maybe cleaning was not done properly. We washed it anyway. Limited hangers too and limited places to hang clothes.
Otherwise the room was great. We had to queue for the lift when we got back at 11 pm but not a showstopper.
It was a 15 mins walk to Masjid Jamek station to take the LRT to KL Sentral and to KLIA. So convenient enough.
For the size of room and the value for money would stay here again but bring my own bedroom slippers.

The room was spacious, but the bed was very small and creaky. Towels, bed linen and pillows need replacing. But the pool and the view from the 37th-39th floors are beyond praise.

A good place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Not the first time we stay here.
The room has everything you need, quite fresh. The view from the window is good.
The pool, gym and roof garden are free, they work late. You can have breakfast downstairs in the building. The pool is warm, it is nice to be there.
The roof has a view of the TV tower, Petronas

Excellent hotel, the only downside was that we didn't have a washing machine, but that's very common here, otherwise everything was top notch, nice guys at the reception, great pool and gym, we liked everything!
