Friendly staff, spacious room, clean toilet to have a great stay, a good sleep and shower! The places that we went was accessible by grab from 10 mins(KLCC/ Pasar Seni) to 30mins (further up - more local businesses at KL East mall). Just a tip, try to book grab before 5pm during weekdays because it can get busy on the road or you can walk too if you want to go Bukit Bintang area it’s nearby.

I’m not a picky traveller, but this place is a huge let-down for the price and the hype of the promo pictures.
• Pool? Closed. No prior notice.
• Room size? Barely half of what the photos suggest.
• Bed? Uncomfortable and creaky.
• Cleanliness? Windows and glass surfaces filthy everywhere.
• Prices? Every extra service feels like a cash-grab; food is overpriced and bland.
• Noise? Paper-thin plastic walls—I could literally hear the guest next door breathing. Sleeping was a joke.
• Wi-Fi? Practically non-existent.
With so many hotels in Kuala Lumpur, I strongly recommend you choose a different one. This was money badly spent.

New hotel, new and clean room, nice, clean bed linen, very beautiful view from the window. Fitness room and swimming pool are on the 37th floor. Equipment in the fitness room is new, works well, panoramic windows throughout the room and a beautiful view of the city opens up.

The facilities, location, and service were good value for money, but since it's a residence, it's cleaned every day, and it's a bit inconvenient to have to ask for it. It's different for each room, so it's a kebab, but the room I stayed in had no shower in the bathroom, so it was really inconvenient. (Only a ceiling shower? Only available)
