Service was good, check in process was quick and I was glad to be upgraded. The room was clean, but the kitchen and bathroom decor seemed dated. Would like to see more variety in the breakfast options.

I have booked rooms on Ctrip so many times, but I rarely give reviews! To avoid pitfalls, I will say a few words: the room is shabby, the hygiene is very poor, there are cockroaches flying around in the middle of the night, the toilet is smelly, and the air conditioner is like a tractor! I couldn't sleep well! I was always afraid that cockroaches would crawl onto the bed. I barely made it until dawn, but I couldn't stand it anymore and slept for more than three hours, and I didn't even have breakfast!

Very comfortable room, especially newly renovated room, classy common walkway outside of room.
Very nice and comfort king size bed with big TV, fully equipped kitchen utensils and electrical appliance.
Big toilet with lots of space and a bathtub. Cool aircond, I expect no more.

Here is my summary of the stay. The facilities were okay as a suite, but I have never seen worse service. The shampoo and soap were the same! Breakfast: there was nothing! There was no safety box in the room. Renovations were ongoing, so the elevator was busy or very dusty. The internet did not work with the username and password provided. And worst of all, there was loud banging at night, which ended at 8:00 AM.
