Overall, we had a very good stay at Innside, staff are very friendly and helped us in cleaning the room. I would like to thank 1007 room cleaner for being the amazing staff!
Car park are of RM5 per entry. There is a mall directly at the hotel. Didn't had to wait very long for the lift compared to other hotels in KL. Carpark can also be a little tricky, as you have to park at level 7, might be lightly troublesome if you are intending to drive in and out of the hotel often.

This is my third time staying in this hotel, for a total of seven nights. The environment and sanitation are all fine. The only drawback is that there are no hooks in the bathroom, so you have to take a shower with one hand and hold your clothes with the other. There is no trash bag in the trash can, and the water temperature is hot and cold when taking a shower. Generally speaking, it is okay.
