Convenient location, fairly clean
But the room facilities are old, there is no shower, and the hot water is not enough
Taking a shower will make the whole toilet wet😶🌫️
The service attitude is quite good, but the price is relatively expensive compared to some nearby hotels

in general the hotel is value for money but the linen & wall had moldy stains.

The location was exceptional.
Room size was decent for the price with just enough place on the floor for cabin size luggage to be opened up.
Floor is not dusty but there is definitely much room for improvement on cleanliness.
Switches and areas like hairdryer amenities were dusty, there is moulds in various noticeable spots especially in the toilet.
Toilet paper holder was broken and dirty on the inside that I chose to remove the paper that has been just left inside resting on the unclean holder.
Fridge is not in a useable state in my POV (please see photo).
I may be hesitant to rebook in the future.

The place is clean, air con is great… service is fast… centralized location, MRT / LRT / trains are just within walking distance… food is all over the place, there is a big mall just 3 mins walk away… love it

Very close to KL Sentral, just exit NU Sentral mall (there is a currency exchange office), next to the green KL monorail. There are three convenience stores and a large supermarket in Nqu Sentral. There is an Indian-style breakfast nearby, and there is an Indian buffet for lunch and dinner.
The hotel rooms have good soundproofing and the air conditioning is strong enough. All the supplies are available except toothbrush, toothpaste and razor.
