I arrived late midnight due to some issues, however the receptionist named Huda welcomed me with a big smile and we're very helpfull.

The cleanliness is not very good
It is not very clean
The air conditioner cannot be adjusted
The temperature and wind direction cannot be adjusted
The machine and remote control are not the same brand
The air conditioner will blow directly on the head
You have to ask the counter for the WIFI password yourself
They will not provide it proactively
The point is that the network is very slow
The shower is wall-mounted
