The unit itself is all good, but not recommended for urgent stay

The space is clean and well furnished.
However the assigned room may need minor improvement.
1. Shower pumping is having issue, the joint was leaking.
2. Aircondition may need to be service, the cooling factor is not well cranking up to 17degress still feels like 22-25 degree (Cool but not as planned)
Other wise is a pleasant stay.

Good location for gathering, mall is not crowded, restaurants, karaoke, grocery, etc. however Is super headache for traveler with more than 1 vehicle. Cos is only allocate 1 car park. Mall parking rates is per hour count, no max per day limit. For those travel by train or grab service is ok. Cos the right parking lot is not easy to spot, park wrongly management will clamp, penalty RM100. Becaruful. Can book unless no choice. Only enjoy the sky link bridge and the top floor night view.

The room is cozy and nice. Very clean. Feel Like Chinese home. Location is near mrt very convenient. And also near with shopping mall and supermarket. The environment is very good.
