Customer service is very prompt. Checking in and out is easy. Parking was a little iffy but resolved. My suggestions for improvement; 1. repair toilet exhaust fan :)
2. Door room to washing machine needs to be tighter. It was banging on itself due to the strong winds.
3. The compressor is inside the washing machine room which is right next to the masted bed area. Unfortunately, the AC is poorly serviced so the airflow is weak and the compressor is too noisy whoch kept me up almost the whole night. Please change, service or fix the AC.

The pillow totally not comfortable and no mineral water provide, although kettle provided but quite dirty condition hence we did not use to boil water and the parking lot water leaking. Other than that so far ok.

Very beautiful suite. In fact, it looks as posh as a 5 star hotel. Even the swimming pool and gym is decent. The only complaint is that the room is a bit warm. There is not enough air conditioner. They have an air cooler that barely makes it better. They should provide better towels, the towels look nice but does not absorb water. It's walking distance to hartamas mall, very convenient with a pedestrian bridge.

Hotel dorsett Sri Hartamas..is the best wishlist while visiting KL. Special thanks to the hospitality given by the staff with easy booking,fast check in,easy parking,clean and conducive room and also their delicious f&b. Special thanks to Mr hafizie for helping us to find the best service hotel in KL. Honestly I and my husband really appreciate it and very statisfied during our stay. Most important things is we surely come again and dorsett hotel Sri Hartamas will be on our top list. Thanks you so much dorsett hotel for a good service..we give 5 star!!!

Hotel Dorsett Sri Hartamas will be on my wishlist while visiting KL/PJ. It was due to the hospitality given by the staff; easy booking, fast check-in, clean & cosy room. Also, their delicious f&b. My special thanks to the tall & bald guy, Mr Hafizi for helping us to find the best hotel, we are very satisfied during our stay. Surely come again & Dorsett will be on our top list.

The menu options are excellent value. The breaking fast experience overall is very pleasant. The staff and greeter were very nice. Mr. Alex was awesome, and the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was good (except for the satay textures, which were too rough). Then we also had dessert, and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. I highly recommend this Table Talk restaurant. Thank you. :-) Ann J
