Great stay! Definitely will come back. Facilities were great and clean. However breakfast food was sad.

Oasia Suites's Location is not bad... We drove up from Singapore, we had a car... it was pretty centralised for us. But I cannot imagine if we were not driving and just taking Grab all day. On certain days we took a Grab and almost 2 of them missed out on the turn into the street of the Hotel. And, if you do not take a car back to the hotel, by foot, it is going to be arduous due to the sloppy hills. For drivers, there is free parking onsite, in which you will have to validate your TNG card everytime you leave the hotel. Road/Path up to the car park is very narrow and windy - just a heads up! Walls of the hotel room was very thin. We were in a corner unit far away from the main lobby lift. Only 2 units at the end of the building and we could hear the neighbours comung back, opening and closing of the door, and sometimes if someone in the next room talks a bit louder than usual... we could hear the entire conversation. Amenities in the room was good and sufficient. Most of the reception staff were friendly and nice. But not much service recovery and alternative plans when we complained about the noisy neighbours. Other than that, I'd recommend staying at Oasia Suites just for a short trip!

The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect as well, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants. The highlight for us was the lovely pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also made full use of the fitness center, which had great equipment and a beautiful view of the city. Overall, Oasia Service Suites exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to any family looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back!
