What kind of hotel is this. No prepared amenities like toothbrush and slippers. Sound proof bad can hear MRT moving around.

The hotel parking is so terrible as didn't indicate properly where is the exact location. I have to drive from commercial building to hotel parking which the security guard told me to go here and there. The door for room was broken and I have to go down to reception for three times to activate it. I tried to call reception using my own phone, unfortunately no one bother to pick up the call. The moment I went down I can see there is only one lady standing at reception, where other of her colleagues were sitting behind the door.
