always order here when I go to kl, the toilet is a bit not so good because it's slippery but the view and location are really good!!!!! aaaaa love greystone

There is no hot water and no internet. The wash basin does not drain. The shower area does not drain. The bed collapses as soon as you sleep on it. There is an air conditioner but it does not work! ! ! The last day in Kuala Lumpur was a terrible experience! It was agreed that we could check out late, but when we finally came to check in, we were told that we would be charged for late check-out. There was a problem with internal communication. But Ctrip's customer service was good and actively handled the problem.
