There is no hot water and no internet. The wash basin does not drain. The shower area does not drain. The bed collapses as soon as you sleep on it. There is an air conditioner but it does not work! ! ! The last day in Kuala Lumpur was a terrible experience! It was agreed that we could check out late, but when we finally came to check in, we were told that we would be charged for late check-out. There was a problem with internal communication. But Ctrip's customer service was good and actively handled the problem.

The location is really good. It's very convenient to get there. The toilet is also good (although the hygiene is not very good) and the door handle is broken.I hope it can be cleaned seriously/The sofa is full of cookie crumbs and unknown objects. The carpet is also very dirty😔
