this my 4th with this property. my previous experience was very satisfying and all the facilities were excellent. unfortunately, this time, he pool is under maintenance and host not inform us. and the towel smells bad like vomit..

Not so smooth service upon check in. The staff overlooked our booking, saying he didnt received our booking and we couldnt stay at the residence as it was fully book and we have to liase with ctrip to give a refund and make new booking elsewhere. It was a frustrating moment. After we got the refund from ctrip, the staff told us that he found the booking!. I have to contact ctrip again! And paid roaming charges because of the staff!
Bedrooms and facilities are superb. Very large bedroom and living room. Cozy and we loved it so much. And facing KLCC. Nearby to attractions and shopping malls

Booked a large apartment on the 22nd floor of a condominium with a view of the towers, living room-kitchen, bedroom, three beds, a swimming pool in the house, a playground, a gym, a contactless store, an observation deck on the roof.
Location: 5 to the towers 20 minutes walk with a stroller.
Rooms: 5 clean, view of the towers 😍
