the room is ok but no hot water for showering, it’s the second time I come and problem still not solving, (I feeling so sick for the 3 days I stay I won’t have a chance for self-caring ) and service is good last time, this time is bad when I leaving, the one stuff to meet me I believe he is in serious illness need to see the doctor since he coughing very hard, and I don’t understand the rule why I get my key around 3 pm but I need to paid extra fee for leaving around 1 pm the next day, it’s extremely unfair in Customer view. Btw no home cleaning each day you move in 😅 房间还可以，但没有热水洗澡，这是我第二次来，问题仍然没有解决，

A lot of agents run the daily rental business in this building. It's quite confusing. You need to call the agent when you check in. They will come down to pick you up. Most of the agents at the front desk are Malays. Most of the operation staff who pick you up are Bangladeshis.
