It's located near KL Sentral station and close to the bus terminal. It's in an excellent location. There's a Donki and a Uniqlo in the shopping mall next door.
There is no laundry service, but they told me about a coin laundry just a 5-minute walk away. There is an iron in the hallway on the 5th floor, which I used. As it's next to the station, I am a bit worried about the announcements and the lack of a safe. It's very reasonably priced, so I'd like to use it when I'm not at work.

A great hotel for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Located to the left of the entrance to the Kl Sentral Monorail station. From the bus stop to and from the airport, 10 minutes, follow the signs to the Monorail. To the right of the entrance to the hotel is a currency exchange office, a little closer is a store where you can buy an adapter for a socket. To the left of the entrance is a cafe with Indian cuisine. The hotel staff was very friendly. Cleaning and replacement of consumables every day. And most importantly: in the hotel, if you stay at least in a month, you can leave your winter and other things. You will be given a token, by which you will receive them on the way back! Very relevant for flights with only hand luggage!
