A good hotel in the market area: shopping in the morning (and construction nearby), quiet in the evening.
There are no mosquitoes on the 5th floor, on the first floor there are. Entrance from 2 sides.
A clean bed and bed linen. 3 towels are not particularly new, but clean. I gave it a 4 for cleaning, since I had to ask to sweep.
Free coffee in bags.
No refrigerator, hot and cold water on the floor. You can't ask for a knife at the reception, only scissors, but you can get an adapter for a socket.
Hot water is always available - this is a big plus.
Chinese people are constantly staying at the hotel and in the evening they slap (very loudly) boxes with tape.
If you walk, then along the streets or go to the bird park and arboretum, the temple of Sri Lanka.
There is something to compare with - a good option .. for ,4ku.

The malay lady at reception is super friendly and helpful. She made my trip pleasant and joyful just by offering little help.
Room wise is not big but just nice for a solo traveller. The bathroom is the best, had hot shower with strong pressure all the time.

Booked this hotel for shopping at SoGO
nearest and very cheap
parking just behind the hotel
walking distance to sogo, muaz, pasar malam tar, pertama mall, semua house....etc.
cleanliness hotel very good, easy booking with trip.com. i got rm187 only for 4 bedded hotel, you can add on bed for rm30 only, got lift also....
All area nearby are OKU friendly, if you bring stroller also easy to travel

The hotel is close to the mall... just walk away, but it's very noisy if the window is open... another parking lot
