I like to stay and vacation here during the festive season with access to nearby shopping facilities, I have forgotten how many times I have stayed here before and have never given a review about this hotel. I hope the hotel management is more aware of the issue of cleanliness, for the review of the room environment, the condition is good but what surprised me was insects like cockroaches can be seen everywhere, even if you step on them, you are worried about stepping on them, if there are small children and food, it can definitely cause health problems too, the bathroom floor has a lot of dirty and slimy marks as if it has never been washed, is there no monitoring from the house keeping supervisor? Including around the toilet bowl cover that is sticking. I hope the hotel management can address this problem for the good of the future of the hotel and the health of the guests staying.
