Everything is superb, great location, service, staff, environment. Special Thanks to the General Manager who greeted and assist us on check in/out which saves us lots of trouble as it was our first time here. Room was clean and techy, control the room with just one click without having to leave the bed was the best thing ever! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

This is a good location in Bukit Bintang just a short 10 minute walk to the MRT and 15 minute to pavillion KL also slightly quieter than other parts of this area. The room is comfortable and benefits from having day and night blinds that are controlled via a switch in the room. You can choose the led lighting to suit your needs. The breakfast has a buffet option and they have a member of staff that will make the type of coffee that you like. Free Parking are available.

Convenient Location： There are KK and 7-11 two 24-hour shops on the left side of the hotel, which travelers can be refilled with drinks, snacks, or daily stuff anytime. Follow the street on the right side of the hotel. Travelers can be easy to reach Jln Alor and Lintasan Bukit Bintang. Also, the hotel is a good spot for grab. Nice Service： 24-hour reception and security checks. The staff always had a smile on their faces. Really can feel that you are welcome. Also, their breakfast buffet, which it's on average, too. My enjoyable part is the room cleaning. Full marks, nothing can say.

I had the most pleasant and memorable stay at CitizenM. The staff are friendly. The breakfast spread was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The retro touch made the experience unique.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. Very convenient and comfortable. You got everything you need in this small room. The only issue is that the connection with Chromecast was unstable. It went annoyingly on and off.
