Except the bed was too soft, everything else was good. The transportation was very convenient, and it only took about 10 minutes to walk to Pavilion Mall. The check-in and room service were very efficient.

Nice location. Just a walk behind is Jalan Alor. Beside the hotel has the 7-11 and kk mart. We like the overall design of the hotel. Breakfast is good for us. Pleantly of cheese and cold meats too. Enjoying the breakfast at the nice spot at the lobby , not too crowded thats what we like about this. Room is well equipped, hot water can be access via lobby. Soundproofing need to improve a little as the sound from next unit can be heard but not very bad. Car park is also provided
