all things good ，just the hotel dont have water machine，if have water machine will be better for customer

The hotel is quite old and dusty. Hope the hotel owner can upgrade their facility

Dear Budget Hotel Good morning. First I am sorry that I must inform you about regarding condition of the rooms in your hotel. is very terrible. In the current market, no matter it is a high, medium or budget price hotel, the basic condition is cleanliness and hygiene. Each price hotel must have different facilities and meet the needs of customers. Frankly speaking, your hotel has become the worst one I have ever stayed in. Maybe there are worse conditions in other hotels, but since I have been here, as a customer, I must have the responsibility to let you know. 1. The appearance and sheets are indeed clean. 2. There is a cockroach nest under the bed. 3.The front desk office whom work at day shift around 9pm she knows nothing when asked something. (SAYA X TAU) 4. I couldn't sleep with cockroaches all night. 5. I asked to change to the third room and the same happened. Thank you 6. The only linens in the room was clean. 7.Then front desk staff whom work at night shift names (Mis Asmoral)she is good at least got said something n apologise.
