Location, Reception, Security, Environment, Room , Amenities & Cleanliness - All was good with no complaints. The only con was the TV - which had only limited channels, TV control wasn't working well , as it was not the original tv control. Night reception staff came up to assist with tv issues but were unsuccessful. Nevertheless, great thanks to the night reception staff. He was very humble & helpful. Keep up the good work..

I had a wonderful stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang! The location is perfect—just a short walk to shopping malls, street food, and public transport, making it super convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.
Despite being in a busy area, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable stay at an affordable price. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable hotel in Bukit Bintang, I highly recommend Metro Hotel!
