This is the first time I give a bad review. I suggest you avoid this hotel!
1. The hardware and space of the room are the only acceptable places, which are at the level of domestic home-like hotels.
2. The front desk service, whether it is check-in or check-out, feels like I owe them 100 million!
3. There are so many Indians, and their quality is extremely poor! People talking loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night make a lot of noise; if you don't close the door in the middle of the night, the door will keep ringing and wake people up!
4. Let's not talk about breakfast. There is almost nothing to eat. I stayed for 4 days and went there once and never ate again.

The staff and room is not so bad- comfortable beds and decently clean.
However the area didn't appear safe. Not well lit and lots of people loitering. Parking is indoor but has multiple abandoned cars. There are loud traffic noise 24/7 heard in the room.
Can't recommend to solo travellers but might be ok for groups needing a bed for the night.

Value for money. This hotel takes on a lot of tour operator group booking. Expect large group of people during breakfast. Cleanliness can be improve.

In a random building, weirdly located near cheras. Do not have many options of eateries within walking distance. Not close to public transportation. Room size was OK but not at its cleanest. Overall a bit below average for ibis styles.
