It's neither good nor bad... I'd say...
Pros
- Good location (easy access to the station and tourist spots)
- Water is refilled every time
Cons
- Thin walls mean you can hear everything
- There's an ashtray in the elevator lobby, which smells bad
- The facilities are old, but it's not particularly clean
- No shampoo or conditioner. Only bar soap is provided, which is not what I was told
