This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen. It is so bad that it is the only hotel I will write a bad review for. The way they handle problems is a piece of ****. In the case of repeated orders, they completely ignore the orders with problems. They leave the normal orders unused and use the orders with problems that have not been handled properly. It is so ugly to make money. The renewal is also a mess, and the charges are random. Such a big hotel is like it has never seen money. The after-sales service is rubbish. I really don’t know how it got on the list. They don’t handle problems when there are problems, and they don’t communicate. No matter what, they just refuse. They are crazy about money.
