第一次入住四季，辦理入住時注意到客人是當天‘’寿星公‘ ’主動提出升级房間安排，不需要尷尬的開口詢問。
沒有包早餐，但因為地理位置實在太好，大堂轉右方向行一分鐘就是KLCC shopping mall, 應有儘有，戲院，名牌，食店。
由房間望出去景觀實在太靚。
deposit 500 馬幣，建議現金支付。
缺點，房間的零、零食，飲料，要付費， 對于5星品牌酒店有點小氣。花洒洗澡去水位塞，冲凉水滿瀉出来，很不好。
其他感想，KLCC mall 的 so-called 名店 Prxda ，sales態度 完全不想招呼顧客 ,似一般的售貨服装店，沒水準。
既然人家不给服務，也不建議進店消費。
其他名店服務很好。
