Good location located in the heart of KLCC next to Petronas tower, the room is normal standard for FS hotel not beyond. BF also nice they have western, Malay and Chinese food, Front desk also greeting and reminded our stayed record at others FS but not offer to upgrade the room🙂↕️

Mr. Ou Yongdian helped my husband and I call a taxi. My husband left his phone in the taxi.
It was an hour and a half after we returned to the hotel. Mr. Ou helped us keep in touch and finally found the phone. He continued to help arrange the time and place for return, etc. It took 2 hours in total. He was very patient.
